"I was born and raised on Læsø and under my education to become butcher, my plans were made clear. I wanted our very own butcher shop - and it should be on our home island Læsø." – Palle Strøm.
The dream was realized on May 10, 2018, when we opened our doors for the first time. Fortunately, the business was warmly received and we have been working hard ever since.
The delicious products that you will find behind our counter are the result of good local collaboration. The locals on Læsø, their warm reception, and the access to some fantastic commodities, is what makes this great collaboration.
